Ltd to encourage people all over the world to become more active in amateur radio, analog electronics and self-learning. Building and modifying radios is a great education.

Lack of access to Elmers (i.e. mentors) and radio builders’ communities, absence of test equipment all impede the spread of homebrewing radio and peripheral equipment.

With the BITX40, we hope to recover that ground and encourage more and more people to get on air, modify, experiment, build and learn. So, go ahead, make that mod you wanted to and share your experiences with the BITX users group. (See below.)

HF Signals is a small enterprise based out of Hyderabad, India, that works with a collective of workers. Each of the toroids is hand wound. This provides these working women with a livelihood. The assembled boards are then DC checked. A final RF check and tune-up is performed to check the receiver’s sensitivity as well as transmitter’s output before being shipped.

Each board is individually numbered. What kind of support will I get? The HF Signals kits are supplied as-is without any promise that they will work to any particular specification. That said, thousands of BITX transceivers supplied by HF Signals work across the world. There is an active and very informative forum for learning and getting help that is entirely driven by the builder community.

Join us on https://groups.io/g/bitx20 For queries about your specific order, shipping, etc., you can write to us on our gmail address (the userid is hfsignals). We can only respond to specific questions about your order, so remember to include your order ID from paypal.

The boards are sold at a low price to encourage more people to build them. Who runs HFSignals? HFSignals.com is promoted by HF Signals Electronics Pvt Ltd.
