Blackpool Planning & Discussions
The Blackpool (NARSA) Rally is a major event in the Club's year and is due to be held on Sunday 24 April this year. It seems like the right time to take an early look at what the club's involvement will be, including who can attend, our role in the rally, club stand exhibits etc etc.
