The CDG2000 Post Mixer Amp
This is the post mixer amplifier. It comprises a low noise amplifier followed by switched filters for SSB and CW. This material is designed to support part 3 of the article in RadCom.
The following links provide constructional data, performance information, schematics and PCB layouts. The PCB layouts are HP/GL files drawn with a 1 thou pen. It is intended that they be imported into graphics packages such as Autocad for printing.
Note that this version of the board is the same as as published in RadCom. A variant is available that incorporates the transmit filtering and ALC into the same unit.
